Our 2021 Vintner's Selection ful-bodied Chardonnay is unoaked, aged in 100% stainless steel encompasing romantic aromas of bright white flowers, lemon peel, minerality of clay and chalk exhibiting notes roasted almonds and peanuts. On the palate it is refreshing, bright, smooth, full of flavor with a nice, luscious, long and invitingly crisp finish. Perfect for the hot days of Texas summer, it is a versatile wine that can be paired with a wide variety of foods, including seafoods, fresh water fish, creamy sauces, dressings or even a freshly tossed chicken ceasar salad.
