We are happy to support our state history by honoring those who bravely fought for Texas freedom from Mexico in the Battle of the Alamo with a carefully crafted bottle of red wine. This medium acidity Cabernet Sauvignon is sure to delight the palate with flavors of ripe and vivacious black stone fruit, hints of red rose aromas throughout and elements of leather and smoke on the finish. It is not a traditional Cabernet Sauvignon because it feels so much more lively with quick fruit flavors while still giving you the velvet textures Cabs are known for. Pair this bottle easily with beef, lamb, venison, mature cheeses and mushrooms.
Do not expect to find this taste profile in any other wine you have tasted because it is a blend of 10 different vinifera grape varieties, Mourvèdre being the dominant one, but adorned with Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache and others.
Light to medium body, crisp with blackberry fruit, the blend is mellow with hints of vanilla and pepper.

This Pinot Noir's complexity is a testament to the early harvest, which preserved characteristics of bright acidity, fresh red fruit, and subtle earthiness. This wine offers notes of plum, rose petals, wild strawberry, and allspice while the palate gives way to vibrant raspberry and red fruit flavors mingling with Rainier cherries, and delicate hints of jasmine tea alongside a touch of anise add depth.
This 2018 Syrah is a bold and fruit-forward Syrah with a range of savory and herbaceous notes. Only 66 cases were able to be produced which makes it a rare wine for any collection. Drink now or age for 5+ years!
