We are happy to support our state history by honoring those who bravely fought for Texas freedom from Mexico in the Battle of the Alamo with a carefully crafted bottle of red wine. This medium acidity Cabernet Sauvignon is sure to delight the palate with flavors of ripe and vivacious black stone fruit, hints of red rose aromas throughout and elements of leather and smoke on the finish. It is not a traditional Cabernet Sauvignon because it feels so much more lively with quick fruit flavors while still giving you the velvet textures Cabs are known for. Pair this bottle easily with beef, lamb, venison, mature cheeses and mushrooms.
