This is the second production of our Texas Pinot Noir and feel it represents the best of what Texas has to offer for Pinot Noir keeping everything you know and love in this bottle. Our Pinot Noir is complex, balanced and surprising with notes of dark cherry, lilac and forrest floor.  It is supple with good structure that can be paired with your favorite pizza, pork chops, brie, gouda or manchego cheese.
